Post-2015 International Development Agenda: Exploring Issues Related to Means of Implementation

This paper focuses on the lessons learnt from the delivery of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs); points out specific implementation issues reflected in various post-2015 reports; analyses the financial and nonfinancial means of implementation as well as highlights different institutional arrangements of delivery.
