GPEDC’s role in the post-2015 framework – Bhattacharya at the 2nd Busan Global Partnership Forum, Seoul

Debapriya Bhattacharya, Chair of Southern Voice and Distinguished Fellow, Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD), addressed behavioural changes amongst development cooperation providers and developing countries necessary to attain the SDGs at the 2nd Busan Global Partnership Forum.
Bhattacharya was a speaker in the opening session investigating the role of GPEDC and its contribution to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. In his speech, Bhattacharya emphasised the role of the GPEDC monitoring framework in facilitating behavioural changes of the SDGs’s transformational agenda.
The session was moderated by Eun Mee Kim, Dean, Graduate School of International Studies (GSIS), Ewha Womans University. Other panelists of the session include Rolando Tungpalan, Under-secretary, National Economic and Development Authority, Philippines; Betty Ngoma, Assistant Director, Debt and Aid Division, Ministry of Finance; Hideaki Mizukoshi, Deputy Director-General for International Cooperation, Ambassador for Civil Society and Gulden Turkoz-Cosslett, Deputy Assistant Administrator and Deputy Director, Bureau of External Relations and Advocacy (UNDP).
